First install the upper and lower die base of the automotive stamping die, the upper die base is installed on the slider of the punch or press, and the lower die base is installed on the bench surface of the punch or press.
After the upper and lower die base is fixed, the mold parts can be installed on the die base to ensure the correct installation position and avoid the error that causes the mold to fail to work normally.
During the installation of the embossed die, there should be a uniform blanking gap to ensure the stamping quality and extend the service life of the stamping die. The assembly sequence of the upper and lower molds should be determined according to the mold structure, and different installation methods should be determined for the mold installation with and without guide pillars.
For complex installation, it is necessary to determine a reasonable assembly sequence according to the limit size of the installation of the upper and lower die parts. Sometimes the improper installation sequence not only affects the subsequent installation work, but also may not be installed, so the correct installation sequence is crucial.

2. Must design the complete mold structure and machining parts, and put forward the assembly requirements and injection process requirements.
3. Cause appearance quality defects of plastic parts (such as shrinkage, etc.) or mold structure problems (such as parting surface setting, gate setting, mold life cannot be guaranteed, etc.).
4. The appearance of the automobile mold: The appearance of the mold must ensure that there is no rust, no impact, no incomplete work and other module defects.
5. Mold transportation: Mold transportation must be installed with mold locking sheet, strong packaging, rust prevention.
6. Mold information: At the same time of mold delivery, a set of mold wearing parts and maintenance reference materials must be provided.
