1, injection mold has many kinds, can be roughly divided into ten categories. According to the different requirements of parts materials, physical and chemical properties, mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, service life, economy, etc., choose different types of TPU injection mold molding.

2, high-precision injection mold requires high-precision CNC machine tool processing, and has strict requirements for injection mold materials and molding process. CAD/CAE/CAM injection mold technology is also required for design and analysis.

3, some parts have special requirements for molding, injection molds also need to use hot runner, gas-assisted molding, nitrogen bottles and other advanced processes.

4, the manufacturer should have CNC, EDM, wire cutting machine and CNC copy milling equipment, high-precision grinding machine, high-precision coordinate measuring instrument, computer design and related software.

5, the general large stamping injection mold (such as car cover injection mold) should consider whether the machine has a crimping mechanism, even lubricants, multi-station level. In addition to the stamping tonnage, it is also necessary to consider the stamping, feed device, machine tool and injection mold protection device.

6, the above injection mold manufacturing methods and processes are not owned and mastered by every enterprise. When choosing a collaborative manufacturer, you must understand its processing capabilities, not only considering the hardware equipment, but also combining management level, processing experience and technical strength.

7, for the same set of PC injection molds, different manufacturers sometimes have a big gap. You should not pay more than the injection mold value and should not pay less than the injection mold cost. Like you, injection mold manufacturers must make a reasonable profit in their business. Ordering a set of injection moulds at a much lower price can be a hassle. Users must start from their own requirements and measure them comprehensively.

Third, avoid multi-head collaboration, try injection mold production and product processing one-stop:

1, through qualified injection molds (test parts qualified), it is not always possible to produce batches of qualified products. This mainly involves the selection of parts, the forming process (forming temperature, forming time, etc.) and the technical quality of the operator.
