DC plug mold commonly used materials are silver white and copper yellow. The DC plug mold is silver plated copper, and the copper DC plug is copper.
First, the measurement method of DC plug mold equipment accuracy can be summarized into four categories: switching equipment method, selecting equipment method, modifying equipment method and adjusting equipment method.
1. The switching equipment method refers to the equipment method that can still meet the accuracy requirements of customary equipment after the parts are exchanged during the equipment process.
2. The selection of the equipment method is to expand the production tolerance of each part in the pairing to economic accuracy, and then select the appropriate parts for the equipment to ensure the equipment accuracy required.
3. The revised equipment method refers to the equipment method for making relevant mold parts with economic accuracy. When equipment is used, the reserved maintenance amount of the specified parts should be repaired as required to ensure the accuracy of the equipment.
Second, the method of adjusting equipment refers to the method of machining and making related mold parts according to economic accuracy in the equipment, changing the relative direction of the adjustable parts in the mold or selecting the appropriate adjusting parts to achieve the accuracy of the equipment.
1. Whether the raw materials/materials of DC plug mold meet the requirements (different steels); Hardness (measuring the hardness of moldy meat with a hardness meter);
2. Whether the appearance treatment of DC plug mold meets the requirements (such as polishing)
3. Whether the DC plug mold standard meets the requirements;
4. Whether the design of runner and water delivery is reasonable;
5. Whether the mold cavity is scratched;
6. Test the beer on the mold, measure the size of the beer, test the loading, throwing and twisting, and check whether the appearance meets the requirements.
It is necessary to test the mold to see if the mold material (copper) meets the requirements of the PO definition, check the mold cavity thickness and severe scratches, and then spray again to see if the appearance of the oil sprayed part meets the requirements.
