Introduction to die casting mold

Die casting mold is a kind of tool for casting metal parts, a special die casting die forging machine to complete the die casting process tool. The basic process of die casting is: the metal liquid is first filled into the cavity of the mold at low or high speed, and the mold has an active cavity surface. It is pressed and forged with the cooling process of the metal liquid, which not only eliminates the shrinkage cavity and porosity defect of the blank, but also makes the internal structure of the blank reach the broken grain in forged state. The comprehensive mechanical properties of the blank have been significantly improved.

Die casting material, die casting machine and die are the three main factors of die casting production.
