2, product design change mold. Mold manufacturers often encounter this situation. In one project, just after the mold design was completed and the mold frame had been ordered, the customer's design change notice came. If the change is relatively small, it will not affect the overall structure of the mold. Sometimes there are more changes, and the shape of the product that the mold is making changes, or even the need to reorder the mold stand. The cost will increase greatly. Therefore, design changes should be kept to a minimum to avoid changing too much.

3. Whether the mold design is appropriate and reasonable. There are various simulation methods, such as mold manufacturing process analysis, mold structure dynamics analysis, trial-produced products and design products of three-dimensional comparative analysis, can prevent mold design unreasonable, prevent the cost from increasing.

4. Control the number of mold manufacturing tests. Many mold manufacturers calculate mold manufacturing costs based on the number of days it takes to ship the mold to the customer after receiving an order. If the mold cannot be delivered after repeated inspection, in addition to the penalty stipulated in the contract, the longer the mold stays in the factory, the higher the processing fee. Of course, the cost of mold testing is relatively high.
